Nurse Wei and her entire team (Katherine answered my questions in the reception area) were incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the procedure, making sure I felt completely informed and comfortable. I tend to get breakouts on my nose, and Nurse Wei took the time to assess my skin, explain what might be contributing to the problem, and gave me thoughtful, practical suggestions to help prevent future breakouts. I really appreciated that she personalized the treatment instead of just rushing through the facial. Nurse Wei is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about helping her patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and excited to continue taking better care of my skin. I will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Nurse Wei to anyone looking for an outstanding facial experience! I will absolutely be returning to Aspire in the future.
