Sandi was amazing - loved the experience!

I was in the area and stopped by. After reading about them on social media I really wanted to see what this spa was about. I had the pleasure of meeting with Nina who was generous with her time. She's very professional and intelligent. Nina was honest, informative and reassuring. The Establishment is clean and extremely professional. And I would trust them with any services that I am considering. Stop by and see why I'm writing this review. And ask for Nina.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Aspire’s Scarsdale office. I recently had a procedure done that I’ve had several times in the past, and this experience was truly on another level. Nurse Wei Jiang and her entire team were incredibly thorough in explaining every step of the procedure, making sure I felt completely informed and comfortable. What impressed me most was that they took the extra step to perform a test patch beforehand to ensure I wouldn’t have any allergic reaction…something that has never even been offered to me at a dermatologist’s office before! That level of attention to safety and detail is rare and deeply appreciated. The entire staff was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible experience. They even helped me with the metered parking since I was unable to download the parking app. 🙂 I will absolutely be returning to Aspire for all of my aesthetics!!

I had a consultation at Aspire Medical Aesthetics and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. During the consultation, they really took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my options in a way that was easy to understand. I didn’t feel pressured at all, which I appreciated. The space was clean and professional. Overall, I felt comfortable and informed and would definitely consider moving forward with treatment here.

Nina is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional and I will say perfect in aesthetics. No more lines in my forehead or my cheeks and I hardly felt a thing (minor pinch). Aspire is very clean and everyone was so professional. I will definately be coming back for additional services. I recommend Nina very highly for any services.

An incredible experience! This was my first time at Aspire. A friend said that Wei was the absolute best and she was right! She sat with me and answered all of my questions and was very informative. She is meticulous with her work and you can see how much she cares about her patients.
